Return Policy

For coffee and other perishable items, no returns will be accepted. The customer may receive a refund if they are not completely satisfied with the item purchased. Bolt stands behind its coffee and wants people to be happy with what they ordered.

For non-perishable items (e.g., water bottles, cups, t-shirts, etc.), the item must be returned within thirty days in the same condition as received (e.g., coffee cup cannot be used, clothing not worn, etc.). The customer must pay for return shipping and bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
